Tobias Fabian Prommer has joined Deloitte Legal in October 2018. He advises national and international clients, in particular companies, on all aspects of criminal tax law as well as procedural tax law and also in all cases related to the consistent implementation of tax requirements, respectively the implementation of tax compliance structures.
Before joining Deloitte Legal, he worked for a specialized law firm based in the Bergisches Land region.
He studied law at the University of Cologne. From the University of Osnabrück he graduated with a Master Degree in Commercial Criminal Law (LL.M.). Tobias completed the legal clerkship at the District Court of Dusseldorf including stages at well-respected business law firms in Dusseldorf and Madrid.
Tobias is admitted to the bar and is a member of the Bar Association Düsseldorf as well as a certified consultant for Tax Criminal Law (DAA).
He speaks German, English and Spanish.
