Yvonne Gemmel is a Counsel and joins the Service Line Employment Law. Since 2011, she is working at Deloitte Legal. Since 1999, Yvonne Gemmel represents the legal interests of both domestic and international companies at court as well as out of court regarding all questions relating to individual and collective employment law. Hereby she is focusing on i.a. drafting of and advice related to contracts, advice with regard to the annulation of contracts (especially with regard to mass redundancies/reorganization), drafting and negotiation of company agreements. Furthermore, she accompanies all kinds of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. Yvonne Gemmel is a member of the Deloitte Legal Dutch Desk. She renders legal advice to Dutch companies or supports German companies in connection with cross-border employment law related issues (if requested in Dutch).
