Bevin Arnason is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of global consulting experience and has worked with many Fortune 500 companies across various industries. She is recognized for her leadership in digital transformation, customer experience, and sustainability, and works closely with teams to successfully deliver complex global programs by making thoughtful changes that are flexible and scalable for future growth.
Bevin currently leads the Sustainability and Climate program for both Deloitte’s Global Consulting business and for Deloitte Canada’s Consulting business. She also serves as a Relationship Partner for two of Deloitte’s largest clients in Canada, leading engagement teams and delivering the breadth of Deloitte to best serve our clients. Previously, she led the Deloitte Digital business for Canada. Prior to Deloitte, Bevin worked with IBM, HP, PwC, and Keane/NTT Data in various consulting leadership roles
Bevin has a passion for travel and experiencing different cultures. During her career, she’s lived in Canada, the United States, and Switzerland, and has enjoyed serving a variety of clients around the globe. Bevin’s knowledge of commercial business, industry trends, and the evolving competitive landscape and regulatory environments enables her to help clients assess their organization and position for growth.

Bevin holds an MBA degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University.
