Thierry Delmarcelle | Deloitte Asia Pacific

Thierry Delmarcelle is the Asia Pacific Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer for Deloitte and a member of Deloitte's Asia Pacific Executive team. Thierry is responsible for defining and executing the firm’s strategy to make Deloitte the undisputed leader of the professional services industry in Asia Pacific. He also works with Deloitte’s businesses on inorganic growth, business models, technology transformation and organizational alignment to accelerate the firm's response to evolving client needs, competitive intensity and economic conditions.

Thierry has served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Deloitte China and as a member of the China Management Team.  He has almost three decades of strategy experience across Europe and Greater China.

Thierry advises senior leaders of private and public companies on corporate strategy, growth, innovation, marketing, M&A, enterprise transformation, organization restructuring, and international expansion. He also advises government leaders, cities and regions in China on regional economic development, innovation, industry planning, and sustainable development.

He lives in Beijing with his wife and two children. He has a PhD in Applied Physics from Stanford University.
