Practical advice is provided on how to manage the critical parameters of a project. These concepts are further explored through various interactive activities, enabling you to clearly link theory with your daily practice.

Additionally, this seminar is considered a foundation for PMP certification. For those wishing to pursue the certification, it will reduce the required training time by 8 hours.

Participants will obtain knowledge about the ways and methodologies of organization, execution, review and completion of a project in order for it to be successful.
