What is DACCademy?

DACCademy is an innovative initiative which connects talented graduates and passionate professionals to skills and capabilities that fit for the future. By providing certified training and development opportunities, we enhance knowledge and capabilities in cutting edge technologies. DACCademy combines high quality training courses delivered by top specialists with an opportunity to work on international projects, innovate and collaborate with some of the most talented people in their fields.

How?

DACCademy’s schools and bootcamps empower participants to explore and pursue digital solutions careers, by joining certified trainings and development programs. The training programs are completely free of charge for all the participants. 

Am I eligible?

If you are a University graduate (or student pending graduation) and/or an experienced professional aiming at altering your career path or becoming specialist on a specific technology solution, then... you are eligible to apply for DACCademy learning programs! 

What is next?

After the successful completion of the training, you will have the opportunity to get hired by Deloitte, receive a certification for all completed courses for free and apply in practice the knowledge and skills acquired. 

As a new “Deloitter” you will be involved in international projects, collaborating with teammates from different countries and of different cultures. Based on your specialization, a series of certifications will follow, as the learning journey within Deloitte never ends.

SAP (ABAP & FPSL) School

About (ABAP & FPSL)

SAP is a software company with products for organizing the processes of a business. It is the largest company in its industry in Europe and the third largest in the world. The SAP ERP is a business software in the category of Business applications and technology covering various functional areas.

In the year of 2019, Deloitte was given the Pinnacle Awards as Digital Partner of the Year, and Customer Experience Partner of the Year. In Deloitte, the highest priority is to deliver to its customers business solutions of superlative quality
standards.

About the school

Till now, 4 SAP Schools have been organized by DACCademy, which have played a major role in creating an innovative SAP Team in Thessaloniki. The participants are becoming SAP development experts, ready to face any business-client challenge by creating excellent and efficient solutions that will contribute to the improvement of peoples’ working life.

1st Human Capital Bootcamp - SAP SuccessFactors 

A vital product of SAP since 2012, SAP SuccessFactors is a world-leading provider of cloud human experience management (HXM) – the new people-focused term for Human Capital Management (HCM).

In 2021, the 1st SAP SuccessFactors Bootcamp was successfully completed in Thessaloniki, Greece, completely remotely. Participants were trained on the secrets of SAP SuccessFactors and after the completion of four successful training weeks, 90% of the participants have been hired with a contract at Deloitte Alexander Competence Center in Thessaloniki.

2nd Human Capital Bootcamp - Oracle

About the bootcamp:

Recently, the 2nd Human Capital Bootcamp held by Oracle Human Capital Management Team was successfully launched in Thessaloniki, completely remotely and again free of charge. Participants had the opportunity to be trained on most sophisticated practices and functionalities of HCM Cloud. After the fulfillment of these three weeks learning course, 80% of the participants had been hired with a contract at Deloitte Alexander Competence Center in Thessaloniki.

3rd Human Capital Bootcamp - SAP SuccessFactors & Oracle HCM cloud

At the beginning of 2022, commenced a completely reconstructed training program, mixing technical knowledge for both SAP Success Factors and Oracle
HCM cloud solutions.

Salesforce Bootcamp

About Salesforce:

Salesforce is an American cloud-based software company, headquartered in San Francisco, California. It provides customer-relationship management (CRM) service and sells a complementary suite of enterprise applications focused on customer service, marketing automation, analytics, and application development.

APEX (meaning): It is no coincidence that the main object-oriented programming language of Salesforce is APEX. After all, if you learn to program in APEX, you become an “APEX “programmer.

About the Bootcamp:

Since 2019, 5 Salesforce Bootcamps were organized and successfully implemented by DACCademy in Thessaloniki, an initiative that contributed to the shaping of a highly specialized Deloitte Digital team in Thessaloniki, having more than 150 professionals in Deloitte Thessaloniki, Greece. 

But what is actually Salesforce Bootcamp?

You will get the chance to meet the Salesforce CRM Cloud platform and its integrated technology stack. Either working on the back end with APIs, the front-end with modules or with the out-of-the-box tools, the goal is the same: to deliver personalized solutions to global customers.

Upon completion of the training program, and based on your performance, you will have the opportunity to join Deloitte with a contract and get the official Salesforce Developer Certification!

6th Salesforce Bootcamp

Location

Hybrid online & on-site courses at Thessaloniki, Patra & Heraklion Offices in compliance with the Covid-19 regulations.

ServiceNow Academy

About ServiceNow Platform:

ServiceNow is a cloud-based platform that provides software as a service for technical management support. It provides flexibility, power, and trustworthy to reach the goals of the incident and problem management. ServiceNow offers many ready to use solutions, workflows, and products for all kind of organizations. Companies can develop the customized applications and modules as per their business requirements using the ServiceNow scripting and existing tools.

About the ServiceNow Academy

ServiceNow Academy is a professional training program that accelerates students’/fresh graduates’ transition from university to work or experienced professional that would like to experiment with new tools, based on a 4-week online training program on the ServiceNow platform held by ServiceNow and Deloitte-professionals.

1st ServiceNow Academy

The 1st Service Now Academy has been successfully launched in March 2022, in collaboration with the University of Peloponnese. Taking place in parallel in Thessaloniki, Patras and Heraklion, it gives the change to young graduates to join the IT world!

Cloud Engineering

Cloud computing is the on-demand availability of computer system resources, especially data storage and computing power, without direct active management. The term is generally used to describe data centers available to many users over the Internet. Large clouds, predominant today, often have functions distributed over multiple locations from central servers. If the connection to the user is relatively close, it may be designated an edge server. And as you know for cloud engineers, sky is the limit!

Code School

Are you dreaming your future in tech?

DACCademy’s Code Schools are free programming trainings to help you strengthen your technological skills.

Until today, 3 Code Schools were held by Thessaloniki’s Deloitte hub.

Java Enterprise Edition

A Java EE application or a Java Platform, Enterprise Edition application is any deployable unit of Java EE functionality. This can be a single Java EE module, or a group of modules packaged into an EAR file along with a Java EE application deployment descriptor. Java EE applications are typically engineered to be distributed across multiple computing tiers.

Java EE School

In February 2020 our 1st JavaEE School have been conducted. Brilliant new graduates and coders participated in the 4-weeks training program, working on application design and Java development. The program again offered for free, aiming to preparing passionate problem solvers ready to develop innovative java enterprise solutions and join the Deloitte team with a contract upon the successful completion of the courses and based on individual performance.

Robotic Process Automation (Blue Prism & UI Path)

Blue Prism is an RPA Tool which holds the capability of virtual workforce powered by software robots. This helps the enterprises to automate the business operations in an agile and cost-effective manner.

UiPath is a Robotic Process Automation tool which is used for Windows desktop automation. It is used to automate repetitive/redundant tasks and eliminates the human intervention. The tool is simple to use and has a drag and drop functionality of activities.

RPA Bootcamp

The 1st RPA Bootcamp was completed in February 2020, but our team is growing, and you will have the opportunity to find your place with us!

1st Deloitte Reskilling Virtual Course: Audit for non-Auditors Class Italian

The training conducted remotely from Deloitte professionals who shared with the participants their knowledge on technical & practical business accounting and auditing skills. The only requirement for participating in the training, was a minimum B2 level of Italian (due to the close collaboration of the Audit team with Italy) and a strong interest to follow/change their career on the Audit field.
