The main purpose of this training program is to highlight the areas of high risk that a business has to face in the field of employment relationships and further to inform the participants about the recent updates in the Greek labor legislation.
In particular, the program will examine the basic perimeters of protection in the light of labor and social security law as the predominant resolution method for problems arising during the employment. At the same time, the program will include an analysis on issues of human resource management, crisis resolution and sound decision-making, mainly at a practical level, as well as an analysis of the latest employment law updates.
