EMEA Quant Meeting 2022 Sunday 9 October - Tuesday 11 October
Sunday, 9 October
This is the 1st day in Athens. The hotel is located in Vouliagmeni, a coastal suburb in the southern part of Athens, about 25km away from the Athens Airport, meaning a 30’ – 40’ ride by car.
If you would like to pick a taxi from the airport, there are plenty of taxi stands located in designated areas outside the Airport’s Arrivals at Exit 3. Taxis in Athens are yellow and you may pre book your taxi by accessing Airport Taxi. The cost for this transfer will be approximately 50€-70€.
Monday, 10 October

All sessions will take place in Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso hotel in 2 meeting rooms, Athina Hall and Poseidon AB, where parallel sessions will take place. The registration process will run at the entrance of Athina Hall at 8:15 until 8.45.
Lunch will be served at the hotel’s Anemos Restaurant at 13:30. Dinner will be hosted in Labros restaurant at 20:00. The restaurant is located a few minutes away from the hotel. There will be two buses at the hotel’s parking area at 19:30 to transfer you to the restaurant and then return you to the hotel, so there is no need to book a taxi.
