The Greek Insurance Market
Deloitte Greece has published a survey on Fraud Prevention in the Greek Insurance Market in which 51 Greek insurance companies participated.
The objective of this survey is to identify areas in which fraud may be experienced as a result of inefficient preventative measures, and then, to suggest solutions to address these. The survey identifies the most common and dangerous types of fraud in the insurance market based on related trends in Europe. The survey also describes the culture of the Greek insurance market with regards to fraud and highlights the board's role.
