As the Head of Human Resources, part of my role is to oversee the operations of both Experience and Graduate Hire Talent Acquisition and Sourcing at national level. Our key operating units include: Audit, Risk Advisory, Consulting, Financial Advisory Services, Tax, and Accounting & Payroll Outsourcing Services. I am involved in supporting the business around their selection methodology and ensuring we hire a diverse workforce. I have expertise in talent attraction and retention strategy, recruitment best practice, coaching and mentoring. My current priorities include improving Firm’s brand as best and most valuable employer and cascading the Firm’s strategic goals.
