Koen Vandaele

Koen Vandaele has served as the Postal Leader for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) since 2007. He has provided strategic advisory services to a wide variety of Postal & Logistics industry organizations while coordinating and supporting the EMEA Community of Practice, which operates across 15 countries. His primary areas of focus are customer and market strategy, growth and innovation, performance management, and risk management.
