Michalis Stergiou

Michalis is an Audit & Assurance Partner. He has over 14 years of experience in the field of auditing US listed shipping companies as well as other companies, which report under either IFRS or US GAAP.  He has led projects relating to audit of systems of internal control over financial reporting, conversion of financial statements from IFRS to US GAAP, follow-on and bond offerings in the USA. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Greece and has a Bachelor in Accounting and Finance as well as a master in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
