Michalis Stergiou

Michalis is an Audit & Assurance Partner. He has over 17 years of experience in the field of auditing US listed shipping companies as well as other companies, which report under either IFRS or US GAAP.  He has also led projects relating to audit of systems of internal control over financial reporting, conversion of financial statements from IFRS to US GAAP, follow-on and initial public offerings in the USA as well as bond offerings in Greece. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Greece and has a Bachelor in Accounting and Finance as well as a master in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
