Sergios is an M&A Transaction Services Partner in the Financial Advisory practice. During the last eleven years, Sergios has participated and led numerous financial due diligence projects across many sectors and industries. He is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and holds a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Finance.
