Stylianos Sbyrakis

Stelios is Head of Research & Development and Government Incentives services in Deloitte Greece. During the last 10 years he has gained significant experience in Greek and EU state aid incentives, leading large telecom infrastructure projects and technology research projects, which were co-funded by the Greek state and the EU. He is an Engineer, with 25 years of experience in managerial and consulting positions in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications industry.
