Vaios Makrygiannis

Vaios is a Partner in the Tax & Legal practice, specialising in Transfer Pricing. With 17 years of experience in tax consulting, both in Greece and the United Kingdom, he has developed extensive expertise. His focus has primarily been the analysis of intra-group loans and financial transactions in general. Vaios has successfully completed numerous Transfer Pricing projects, which involved documentation, due diligence, planning, and negotiating with tax authorities. Additionally, he has collaborated with many Greek groups in the context of Tax Certificates. Vaios obtained his Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking Administration from the University of Piraeus and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Stuttgart.
