Zoe's area of responsibility is to develop strategies for continuous organizational development related to the talent & development function. Amongst others, her team is actively promoting a culture centered around ongoing culture of feedback, inclusive leadership, development and engagement. Part of her job is to work on a variety of projects for Talent Management, Performance & Engagement while she’s also overseeing the Leadership Development Schemes and Soft Skills Learning Programs. Overall, she designs and applies new talent initiatives and processes, in accordance with Deloitte’s regional & global master plan. At the same time, she acts as an advisor to the Leadership Team by implementing theirs and their teams’ talent management & development plans.
