In this webinar, we discussed about the transfer pricing compliance and how the current economic slowdown has affected businesses from a transfer pricing perspective. We were also covering the approach and the current trend from the Indonesian Tax Authority (ITA) and what the Indonesian taxpayers should do to be prepared. Also, considering that 2020 has been a difficult year for taxpayers due to COVID-19, we also shared about the TP considerations in such downturns and the remedial measures.
