Irene is the leader for Global Employer Services and Business Process Solutions in Indonesia and has been working with a great team to service a portfolio of multinational and local companies in various industries. She specialises in individual taxes, global mobility, immigration, accounting support, and payroll services. 

Irene has over 21 years of experience as a tax consultant with Big Four accounting and consulting firms. She started her career serving corporate clients for various Indonesian corporate tax matters before expanding her portfolio to do individual taxation matters. Her vast experience in tax allowed her to establish a new division namely Business Process Solution, as well as restructure the immigration services team.
