As women enter the work force in larger numbers, their safety at the workplace has been a much debated issue in recent times. With the enactment of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act or the POSH Act), we have observed significant activity among corporates to put in place measures to comply with the Act.
