Anandorup is a Partner with Deloitte in Human Capital Consulting and leads the Workforce Transformation Service Line. He also is responsible for the Deloitte Private program for Consulting in South Asia. He has more than 20 years of professional experience across a range of areas in HR advisory. Prior to Deloitte, Anandorup headed AON’s performance, rewards and organisation consulting practice across India, ME & SEA

Key areas of expertise include organisation and governance structure design, performance management and measurement system design and linkage with rewards across boards and executive teams, post merger integration, HR system and process design etc. across a range of industries

His key clients include the Tata Group, Aditya Birla Group, Mahindra Group, Hinduja Group, Infosys, TCS, WNS, Hindustan Unilever, Bajaj Finance, Max Group, CK Birla Group, RPG Group in India. Regionally his clients include the Al Rajhi Bank, KIPCO, Landmark Group, Dubai Islamic Bank, Etisalat, Saudi Telecom. In South East Asia he has worked with organisations Temasek etc.
