Deepan is a Organisation Transformation leader with in-depth experience and expertise in providing customised solutions to private and public sector clients in the areas of Organisation design and change, Digital and Technology operating model design and activation, Strategic Workforce planning and optimisation and creating a High-Performance organisation across India, UK, US, Australia, Middle East, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, South Africa, Canada and Mauritius. 

Deepan has delivered more than 40 large scale assignments in the organisation transformation space across various sectors with a focus on Telecom & Technology, Retail & Consumer and Financial Services. His notable work in include Operating model and Organisation structure design for agility, building new age Digital/Cloud Operating Models, creating Next-generation Workforce Plans (optimised and future-ready) and driving Agile change. 

Deepan is a digital, AI and agility enthusiast who is passionate about AI driven agile at scale solutions. He is a Professional SCRUM master, a GCP Digital Cloud Partner, an AWS Accredited Partner and certified in Data Analytics from IBM. Deepan is also part of the Deloitte global Platform Operating model think-tank and the Human Capital Cloud Transformation community.

Prior to Deloitte, Deepan was an Associate Principal with Korn Ferry Hay Group where he focused on Building Effective Organisations. Deepan started his career at Ernst & Young, India, where he was engaged in People Advisory Services focused on the India, Middle East and Bangladesh Markets.
