Deepti Agarwal

Deepti, a Partner with the Human Capital Consulting practice at Deloitte India, is a certified coach and has about 14 years of consulting working with organizations in diverse sectors  in India, Middle East, South East Asia and USA.

Her passion and specialisation is in the Leadership and Learning advisory space and focusses in the areas of Leadership Assessment & Development, Competency Development,  Executive coaching, Talent Management and Learning Solutions.  Deepti has coached leaders from across industries like Manufacturing, FMCG, Telecom, and Government. Her work in learning solutions ranges across the spectrum of learning – from learning organisation design, content, processes, governance and platforms.

Deepti holds a Masters in Business Administration, ESADE Business School, Spain and is a Computer Science graduate from University of Southern California, USA. Prior to working with Deloitte, Deepti has worked with Korn Ferry HayGroup.

Deepti is a certified coach and holds the “External Coach Intensive” Coaching Certification from Columbia University, New York. She is also accredited in facilitating workshops on and coaching using Schema Based Development (Deloitte IP), Hogan’s psychometric tool, Behavioral Event Interview (BEI), and Hay diagnostic tools like Leadership Styles and Organisational Climate and Emotional and Social Competence Inventory, Talent Q, Motives and Values and extensively uses these tools in her assessment and coaching interventions.
