He has led and successfully delivered many challenging engagements across the Media and Entertainment, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Telecom, Financial Services and Heavy Manufacturing sectors. Nikhil leads Future of Work initiatives for Deloitte India. He has conducted primary research in these areas which have been published in leading Indian business publications (ET, BBC, Mint, Business Standard, Hindu Business Line). He has an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and B.Tech from NITK Surathkal.
