Pinkesh has been with the firm for over 25 years, out of which he spent more than 23 years in the Valuation practice. Today, he heads the Valuation and Financial Modeling practice of Deloitte in India. Valuation and Modeling practice includes Valuation of Business, Shares, Intangible Assets, Fixed Assets and Real Estate and Financial Modeling.

Pinkesh is an expert in all types of valuations and has successfully executed many large, complex, and sensitive valuation engagements involving shares, businesses, and intangibles for mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, cross border transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring plans as part of the corporate finance and financial business advisory services, portfolio valuations for PE/VC funds as well as for compliance with financial, statutory, and reporting regulations for different categories of clients.

Pinkesh specialises in M&A restructuring-related valuations, especially involving listed companies.
