Poornima Damodaran

Poornima is a Partner with the Human Capital Consulting practice in Deloitte South Asia. She has over 18 years of professional consulting experience in the Telecom and Technology sector, serving clients in India, Africa, Middle East, China and Philippines.

Her spectrum of specialisation ranges across Organisation Strategy, Digital Transformation and Human Capital Services. Having worked extensively for multinational organisations in Asia and Africa, she is passionate about talent, inclusion and shared values in emerging markets. Her repertoire of client experiences include adaptive business models, innovative talent models, people experience and DE&I strategies.

Poornima has also led industry discussions, facilitated Deloitte signature events and advised multinational Executive & Board members on the ESG Human Capital agenda, Human Experience and ‘Future of Work’ priorities.
