Pramod is a Partner in Business Process Solutions (BPS) under Tax in India, based in Bengaluru. He is a Chartered Accountant with two decades of post-qualification experience realising multi-million-dollar revenue enhancement, working capital, and net income benefits for marquee clients. During this time, he has led multiple large-scale transformation and analytics projects in areas of Functional Finance, Business Finance, Treasury, Taxation, and Shared services/Outsourcing strategy. Pramod has end to end experience in bringing innovation to large clients, incubating and scaling industrialised products, leading delivery to realise benefits, and partnering for change management. He brings extensive experience in finance technologies to design, build, and implement disruptive point solutions accelerating large scale transformation spread across multiple geographies covering all parts of BPS – retained organisation, global business services, and outsourced organisation.
