Rajesh Pejavar

Rajesh works with Deloitte India’s Human Capital Consulting as part of the HR Technology consulting team focusing on Success Factors, SAP HCM and Qualtrics. Rajesh works with clients to architect and deliver HR solutions to deliver their HR vision and provide an engaging user and employee experience. With 30 years of consulting experience, Rajesh works with clients in the private sector as well as public sector tying in HR to other business processes to integrate HR strategy with their business strategy.

Prior to the role, Rajesh has worked in management consulting and Technology consulting across a variety of industries and assignments, has led product management, HCM practice, solution engineering and services delivery teams in SAP and rounded it off with delivering end to end SAP projects across all business processes for a global commodities trader.
