Riddhi Shah is a Partner with the Transfer Pricing practice with an experience of over 14 years in the field of international taxation and transfer pricing in India and Singapore.

She is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a degree from Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Riddhi specialises in providing comprehensive support to the clients on transfer pricing matters. She has successfully guided companies through various stages, from planning and documentation to effectively defending their transfer pricing arrangements before tax authorities. She has handled complex transfer pricing issues involving hard to value intangibles, marketing intangibles, business restructuring, financial transactions, etc. in the backdrop of BEPS. She has also helped client in achieving favorable Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) resolutions, and in negotiating successful Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) including a Bilateral APA involving Profit Split.

Apart from Transfer Pricing, Riddhi also leads the development and integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations across various service lines of tax at Deloitte.
