Dr. Satish Pai

 Dr. Pai is President-Operate and Partner, at Deloitte South Asia.

In this role, he oversees the operation and scaling of Deloitte’s Operate business across various sectors, including Tax and Legal, Finance and Accounting, Risk Advisory, Assurance, Cyber, and Consulting.

Previously, he held the position of Chief Delivery Officer for Tech Mahindra's, managed a team of 25,000+ associates, focusing on global customer value, leading a portfolio worth $1.7B.

Dr. Pai is an accomplished leader in both Business and Technology, adept at creating, leading, and growing businesses globally. His experience spans managing Sales, Consultancy, and Delivery teams across various engagement models, including digital and business transformation.

Recognised for his leadership in driving significant large deal engagements and transforming them into multi-million-dollar businesses, Dr. Pai excels in value creation, business impact, customer management, leading/integrating global teams, communication, and employee transformation.

Before joining Deloitte, Dr. Pai held several leadership roles at Tech Mahindra in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment industry, including Senior Vice President and Business Head for the Americas business.
