Shabana Hakim

Shabana is part of the Central Team, leading Enterprise Trust for South Asia. Her experience spans across strategy as well as transformation with projects having measurable and valuable results. As part of Strategy Team she has led initiatives at firm level related to competitor intelligence, collaboration at Green Dot level and monitoring strategic priorities. She has also been part of Audit & Assurance (A&A) PMO for strategizing and executing the auditor rotation ‘Defend and Capture’ strategy, a critical initiative with firm-wide ramifications for which she received the ‘Deloitte Global Recognition Award’ from Global CEO Punit Renjen. She was also part of the core team to set up Assurance as a service line within A&A. As part of Strategy & Operations Consulting she has served large Indian and MNC clients across industries in the areas of strategy, financial controls, standard operating procedure manuals and corporate performance management.
