Amol Rane

Amol Rane has been with Deloitte in India for over 20 years in the Financial Advisory Services practice. He specializes in carrying out valuation of shares, businesses, intangibles, derivatives and other financial instruments. As Head – Valuation and Modeling, he has been actively involved in several major valuations for mergers and acquisitions as also for tax, regulatory and accounting purposes, including cross border transactions and across various industries.
