He focusses on FMCG, food & beverages and agribusiness sectors and has led several assignments on growth/ diversification strategy, sales and distribution strategy & execution, loyalty and channel engagement, digital maturity assessment, project feasibility, market assessment, business plans, and fund raising.

Before joining Deloitte, Avinash was associated with KPMG, CRISIL and other leading firms. Some of the relevant work experience of Avinash:

  1. Digital maturity assessment for a leading FMCG company including prioritisation of technology, business case and 3-year roadmap
  2. Implementation of Sales force automation (SFA) and Dealer management System (DMS) for a large agri-input company
  3. Assisted a leading FMCG player, design its go-to-market strategy to accelerate growth in the Pharma channel as well as design its entry strategy into Consumer Health
  4. Conceptualised a digitally enabled assortment planning model for the food retail business of India’s largest retailer
