Charu has 30 years of experience in consulting with extensive focus across public and private health. She has worked with central and state governments as well as international donors on health care sector reforms. She has worked across the healthcare eco-system including on health systems improvements as well as healthcare financing. She has also advised and worked with all the major providers, pharma and medical device players in India.

Charu has been a member of Pharma and Healthcare committees in several industry associations such as CII, AIMA, NATHEALTH, ASSOCHAM and AMCHAM.
