Sathish currently serves as President, Consulting and a member of the Executive Committee of Deloitte South Asia. He has over 23 years of experience, with over 21 years in management consulting, and has delivered consulting engagements in more than 40 countries. He brings a rich blend of experience in the business and technology domains.

Sathish has advised many conglomerates in India and internationally in several areas, including merger integration, corporate strategy, organization structuring, revenue enhancement, cost reduction, advanced analytics, and digital transformation.

In his previous role, he was the Markets Leader for Consulting and led the Technology, Media, and Telecoms (TMT) practice. Under his leadership, in addition to having an increased brand presence in the region, the South Asia Consulting business remains the fastest growing business in APAC and globally.

Sathish focuses on unearthing large scale growth opportunities and business value for our clients through various cutting edge market programs that are curated to offer multidisciplinary services from across various practices and international Member Firms within Deloitte. As Engagement Partner, he has successfully led numerous transformational engagements in India and overseas. He has served as the Lead Client Service Partner for many iconic Deloitte clients.

He is a firm believer in the principles of diversity and inclusion and is actively driving policies that underpin their importance across the consulting practice.

Based in Bengaluru, Sathish is an Electronics and Communication Engineer, a Master of Business Administration, and an alumnus of the INSEAD Global Leadership Program. He is married to Shwetha and has two children, Diya and Dhruv. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and is passionate about fitness and running.
