Japneet Kaur

Japneet is a Partner with the Deloitte India Human Capital Consulting practice and leads the People Analytics Consulting capability in India. 

Prior to Deloitte, Japneet was with Accenture where she lead the Organisational Analytics delivery practice for Accenture Strategy and Consulting (Capability Network) in India. Japneet has worked with multiple clients in India and across the globe helping them leverage the power of data and analytics to inform and shape their people actions spanning across areas like future workforce, reskilling, return to work, I&D, culture, well-being, and collaboration.

She is passionate about public speaking, women empowerment and people development.
