Mohinish Sinha

Mohinish has more than 25 years of experience in organizational transformation, leadership development, coaching, and setting up and assessing learning functions. He works with a variety of clients in the sectors of education, oil & gas, banking and financial services, and IT. He also has expertise working with the government, public sector, and UN organizations, as well as with multinationals and Indian family-owned businesses. He has a special interest working with start-ups.

Mohinish is a part of SHRM India’s panel of subject matter experts on executive coaching and leadership. He has been invited to speak at various HR forums, such as the National HRD Network, and other academic institutions. He is a social media enthusiast, and has hosted webinars as well as webchats around employee engagement and leadership development.

He is trained in the “Action Coaching” and the experiential learning methodology of facilitation and curriculum design. He is also trained as a “Crisis Intervention Counsellor” in the client-centric “Rogerian” approach. He holds a certificate program in Transaction Analysis for individuals, teams and organisations, and serves as an expert advisor for Global Virtual Workforce in the Human Capital Institute, USA. Mohinish holds a post graduate degree from the XLRI School of Management, Jamshedpur.
