Navaz Dubash

Navaz is a Partner and leads the life science and healthcare practice for the Deloitte’s Forensic & Financial Crime practice in India.

She has spent over a decade advising varied companies across sectors including pharmaceuticals, renewables, media, consumer goods, etc. on a wide range of Forensic services such as Ani-Corruption Due-Diligence, FCPA Investigations, Pre-investment Diligences, Post-acquisition compliance integration, developing Ethics and Compliance Frameworks and conducting Trainings on compliance sensitive issues such as bribery and corruption, conflict of interest, fraud, etc.

As part of her investigative work Navaz has supported in-house and external legal counsel to review facts, provide support during interviews of persons of interest and prepare evidence for representation in legal cases in India and overseas.

Navaz, also leads the forensic services on prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace where she supports clients develop the policy, framework, trainings for employees as well as members of the internal complaints committee.

Navaz is a Lawyer and has an MBA from Warwick Business School and a graduate in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
