Parthiv Kamdar

Parthiv is a Partner with Deloitte’s M&A tax practice with over 18 years of experience. He is also the Leader of Deloitte Private Tax as well as Deloitte Family Enterprise Consulting.

He specialises in M&A and has vast experience of advising clients on succession planning, promoter level restructuring, corporate restructuring, domestic and cross border M&A, capital restructuring, post merger/ acquisition global integration, etc. from a tax regulatory perspective.

He has led and managed engagement for several large, complex, multinational clientele, including large Indian multinational having presence
in various overseas countries. These companies included large listed companies and large business houses in India.

He has authored articles on various subjects such as Limited Liability Partnerships Act, Substantial Acquisitions of Shares and Takeover Code,
etc. He is also a speaker at various seminars conducted by professional bodies such as ICAI and ICSI.

Parthiv has been working extensively in supporting Promoters and family offices in their succession planning as well as from family governance perspective He has worked with several small to large families in their journey from succession perspective.
