Richa Gupta

Richa is a Senior Director and Senior Economist, and is one of the leads for the Economics practice at Deloitte in India. She contributes regularly via media interactions on changes in monetary policy, fiscal policy decisions, and other economic developments. Richa has been quoted by NDTV, ZEE Business, Bloomberg TV, among others. Her articles and views have been quoted in leading business dailies such as the Economic Times.

She has contributed in developing points of view for Deloitte, and has conducted analysis around several key economic issues and events, including CII and AMCHAM; has coauthored papers and articles on Brexit, Voice of Asia, state of the Indian economy, etc. She has also presented on demonetization in forums such as the India Today Conclave and client meetings.

Apart from her role as a Senior Economist, she is also a Senior Director in the Transfer Pricing practice with more than 16 years of experience. She has assisted several MNE clients on a range of transfer pricing analysis. She has also contributed to articles, thought papers, and books on transfer pricing in India.
