Shuchi Sangal

Shuchi Sangal is a Partner in the Technology and Transformation practice at Deloitte India, with over 18 years of experience in SAP advisory and technology risk assessment domain. She is a Chartered Accountant, MBA in Business finance, and certified in SAP GRC and FICO modules, Agile scrum and ISO 27001.

Shuchi has assisted Fortune 500 organizations with strategy, design and implementation of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions, S/4 transformation programs, digital risk management solutions and process and controls improvements leveraging automations and technology platforms. She has closely worked with C-suite to lead strategic initiatives like digital boardroom, and set-up of three lines of defense to improve compliance posture of the organization. She has partnered with clients across consumer, life sciences and energy sectors to lead multi-year application maintenance, and technology transformation mandates with keen focus on cost optimization, improving compliance posture, automation of controls and processes, and user experience improvement, while leading and managing diverse teams across India, US, Europe, Japan and Australia geographies. In her current role, she focuses on building and driving tech-led SAP Advisory solutions to solve unique client problems.
