Soumen Mukerji

Soumen is a Partner in the Strategy & Operations (S&O) consulting practice of Deloitte in India, and is the national leader for the Finance Transformation (FT) service offering. He has significant experience in driving enterprise transformation for the finance functions through optimizing various performance levers such as process, people and technology. At various stages in his career over the last 21 years, he has discharged the roles of CFO, Controller, FP&A lead, global Shared services delivery leader, domain SME, client service partner—across a dozen countries and industry verticals such as FMCG, Auto, Telecom, Media, Manufacturing, etc.
