Edoardo is a Partner in Risk Advisory and the Defense, Security & Justice Industry Leader for Deloitte in Italy.

Edoardo’s tenure at Deloitte has been marked by an exclusive focus on cross-geography projects and collaborations, perfectly aligning with the ethos of our European Union Policy Center (EUPC).

With a background which includes a career at New Scotland Yard in which he collaborated with several EU agencies, and thirteen years in senior advisory positions working with global organisations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the UN, and WHO and multinationals within energy and defence sectors, Edoardo brings a wealth of international experience in policy formulation and implementation at the cross-roads of the triple helix. This is complemented by postgraduate research at the London School of Economics, where Edoardo delved into regulatory economics and the formulation of innovation policies within the EU, directly complementing our goals at the EUPC.
