Francesca Marras

Francesca Marras is a Partner of Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. She has 15 years of experience in performing audit of financial statements and reporting packages under Italian GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP, consolidation processes and internal controls. She mainly works for clients operating in the industrial sector like fashion, travel & hospitality, media and manufacturing.

Francesca is a graduate of the University of Economy in Cagliari. Chartered Accountant and Register Auditor. Vice President of the Commision Revisione Financial of the Milan ODCEC.

Francesca specializes in coordinating and leading audit engagements in multinational contests. Main projects include the audit of financial statements and reporting packages under Italian GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS, consolidation processes and internal controls for clients in several industries as consumer business, fashion, travel & hospitality, media and manufacturing. Significant experience in Assurance Services mainly focused on due diligences and complex accounting projects (i.e. IAS/IFRS transition). She has also worked for capital market projects (bond issuance).
