Maria Luisa Fazio

Maria is a regulatory compliance expert with experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, AML regulation and PMO. She has led projects in financial institutions, such as banking, insurance and asset management companies. Maria is currently a Partner at Deloitte Risk Advisory where she leads different teams for complex and, international projects.

Maria has over 10 years’ experience working in the regulatory risk and internal control system in primarily FS industry, including regulatory technical advisory, regulatory strategy and compliance operating models. Since 2008, Maria is focused on regulatory compliance projects and process reengineering activities.
She has developed a deep knowledge of banking, asset management and financial industry in Italy.
