Michael Zarb

Michael specialises in valuations, debt and capital markets, as well as public sector work. He has experience working in a variety of sectors, including remote gaming, financial services, real estate and hospitality. His valuation assignment experience is extensive, including fair value assessments for corporate reporting purposes, intellectual property valuations for tax and transfer pricing, and for succession planning, carve-outs and management-buyout purposes. He has worked on various M&A deals, leading both valuation and due diligence work streams. Michael regularly assists clients with raising finance, both via the capital markets as well as through banks. In the public sector space, Michael specialises in economics work (cost benefit analysis, economic evaluations, ex-ante/ex-post evaluations, and so on).
