Riccardo Pastore

Riccardo is a Partner within the Transaction Services team of Deloitte, with focus on pre and post deal operational support.

He has over 16 years of transaction advisory experience, focusing on operational and IT due diligence, synergies assessment, carve out, post merger integration, strategic operational restructuring and value creation (mainly cost and cash optimisation)

Before joining Deloitte, Riccardo worked in the operational transaction team of another Big 4. He has also gained significant experience in cost and working capital optimization projects, working at an International advisory firm with the role of Southern Europe Practice Leader.
