He has significant experience in providing auditing, due diligence, ifrs conversion, IPO services and other capital market transactions for large industrial/multinational clients.
Stefano is the national responsible for the Capital markets and the IPO services, consequent knowledge of the relevant current CONSOB and banks approach at the listing. With more than 18 years of experience, he supports the Team for listing and private placement procedures being link with the foreign IPO & Regulatory Specialist of the worldwide network.
