Since September 2008 Valentina has been working for STS Deloitte as Tax & Legal professional and now is M&A Service Line Leader for Deloitte in Italy.

She has significant experience in national and international tax matters, including tax due diligence, extraordinary transactions, international tax issues and M&A tax integration and advisory.
