Hong Kee is the CFO and CTO of Deloitte Korea. He has an audit and assurance background and specializes in corporate restructuring and insolvency services. He has a great depth of experience in financial advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, which includes disposals, ABS issuance, buyside/sellside advisory, business valuation, and restructuring.
As a restructuring and insolvency specialist, he has managed, operated and disposed numerous businesses and assets including non-performing assets of financial insititutions of Korea.
He is a member of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accounts (KICPA) and even taught business valuation for the KICPA.
