Learn how executives are enabling their organizations to succeed when we release the findings on 21 January.

The Future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation in Financial Services

Community Session: World Economic Forum program agenda

16:00 – 17:30 (CET)

Deloitte is a proud participant in the World Economic Forum's Future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation in Financial Services project. The effort seeks to understand the enormous opportunity Artificial Intelligence presents for financial institutions to expand their capabilities by improving efficiency, accuracy, and customer engagement.
One of the project's key findings is the need for collaboration to establish norms, avoid ecosystem risks, and unlock opportunities to address common problems with shared data. The project seeks to catalyze collaboration by:

•  Developing an understanding of past collaborative efforts in financial services to identify best practices
•  Identifying new and high-value opportunities for collaboration in data/artificial intelligence
•  Assessing the value and feasibility of each opportunity, cataloging these findings for publication
•  Convening a handful of dedicated working groups focused on driving the implementation of these high-value opportunities

The Future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation in Financial Services project is one of the World Economic Forum's fourteen System Initiatives, which curate, align and advance the efforts of the most globally relevant and knowledgeable individuals and institutions that are shaping the future. Deloitte's Global Financial Services Industry Leader Bob Contri leads the firm's participation in this community session which will explore phase two results and build towards the future.
